I purchased a live event, why can't I access the playback/recording?

The majority of the live event recordings require a subscription to access the content.

Can I get a refund for my subscription?

By selecting a subscription plan, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions which include that no refunds will be issued for recurring charges for any reasons.

Can I get a refund for a live event?

We are able to provide you with a one month subscription complimentary pass where you will be able to
access playback of live events.

I purchased a subscription and cannot access the Cinderella events.

Cinderella events are not included in subscription plans. Instead you will need to purchase the Cinderella contents separately.

I was able to watch the Cinderella Event Live, but now it is asking me to repay to watch the recording? 

This is because the recordings (VOD) are sold separately.

I want to watch the playback of a live event but I am not seeing it on the website.

Typically, a live event recording/Video on Demand (VOD) is available within 3-4 business days after the live ended.

The website keeps freezing/poor quality, what can I do?

Video playback depends on various factors. To enhance your playback experience;
1. Clear your web browser cache and cookies.
2. Ensure that your device and browser is up to date.
3. Set the resolution to a lower PI (for example 720p) by clicking on the Settings Icon at the
button right of the video player.
4. Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. You can check your internet speed here

How do I change my password?

Click on Account from the top left, then select Security. From there, go ahead and enter your current password and the password you'd like to change it to.

I am trying to sign in but it says my email does not exist. Why is that?

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, sign into your account here. Click on Account from the top left, then select Billing. Click Change Plan, then Cancel Membership (gray button).

How do I change my Subscription Plan?

To change your subscription plan, navigate to Account, select Billing, then click Change Plan.

How do I update my billing information?

To update your billing information, ensure that your are signed into your account, select Account, then Billing. Under payment method, click on Use Another Card.
